5. I (We) understand that tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is delinquent if not received by the 10th of the month. A 10% late fee will be added to my account after the 10th of the month if payment has not been paid. The fee is 10% of the monthly payment due. Your student(s) may not return on the 11th, until tuition is made current.
6. I (We) understand that if this contract is not returned to the school by July 15th of the current year, along with the June and July tuition, there will be a late registration fee of $100.00. Only new families will be exempt from the late registration fee. New families pay the $500.00 membership fee. Contracts run from June 1 through May 31.
7. The undersigned understand and I (We) agree that upon acceptance of this contract by the school, I (We) shall become fully and unconditionally obligated to fulfill all of the terms and conditions hereof, that I (We) will be fully responsible for making all payments required hereunder for the full school year, and that NO PORTION OF SUCH CHARGES SO PAID OR OUTSTANDING WILL BE REFUNDED OR CANCELED NOTWITHSTANDING THE SUBSEQUENT ABSENCE, WITHDRAWAL, SUSPENSION OR DISMISSAL FROM THE SCHOOL OF THE ABOVE

8. The undersigned understand and I (We) agree that: (1) exams will not be given if the account is past due; (2) no students will be admitted second semester for whom accounts are past due; (3) no credits will be given to the above named student(s) until all financial obligations have been fully discharged; (4) the students(s) will not attend school or school functions until the account is current.
9. As additional consideration for the acceptance of this contract, and as a material inducement to the school to accept same, the undersigned irrevocably covenant and agree (1) that we understand that the school is a private institution and consent and agree that any or all of the above named student(s) may be required to withdraw from school at any time such withdrawal is in the best interest of either the school or the said student(s), in the sole and absolute discretion of the school, (2) that we, on behalf of ourselves and the above named student(s), consent and agree to all rules, regulations and policies of the school now in effect or which may be at any time in the future promulgated by the school during the term of this contract, and will fully abide by the same, (3) that we hereby consent and agree that the school may at any time suspend, dismiss, expel or require the withdrawal of any student, or withhold credit for any school work done, where proper under the existing and/or future school regulations or policies, and that the decision of the school in such respect shall be final and fully binding upon us and our said student(s), (5) should child(ren) be withdrawn, the tuition is due and payable for the current month. A withdrawal penalty of the remaining tuition owed to fulfill the contract will be assessed. (NO EXCEPTION) A withdrawal penalty will not be assessed if circumstances require a family to move over 60 miles from REBUL Academy. It is further agreed that in the event a parent or guardian defaults in the payment as stipulated herein, the parent or guardian shall be liable for all cost of collection including reasonable attorney fees incurred by the school.
10. Should events beyond the control of REBUL Academy, Inc., including, but not limited to, any fire, act of God, hurricane, tornado, flood, extreme inclement weather, explosion, war (including armed conflict), governmental action, act of terrorism, risk of infectious disease, epidemic, pandemic, shortage or disruption of necessary utilities (water, electricity, etc.), or any other event beyond REBUL Academy, Inc.’s control, occur, REBUL Academy, Inc. has the discretion to close REBUL Academy, Inc. and/or modify its curriculum, schedules, length of school day, length of school year and/or means of learning and teaching methods. The Parent’s financial obligations under this Contract remain in full force and effect. Should REBUL Academy, Inc. close, REBUL Academy, Inc.’s duties and obligations under this Contract shall be suspended immediately without notice until such time as REBUL Academy, Inc., in its sole and reasonable discretion, may safely reopen. If REBUL Academy, Inc. cannot reopen due to a force majeure event under this Paragraph, REBUL Academy, Inc. is under no obligation to refund any portion of tuition paid.
11. Due to the need for volunteers at various school functions, each family is asked to donate a minimum of 10 hours of service. This may be fulfilled at work days or by working at concession stands at sporting events. It is the responsibility of the family to sign off for time worked. Families choosing to not complete all 10 hours will be billed in April at the rate of $30.00 per hour. Payment will be due by May 10th.
There are multiple fundraisers throughout the year. Each family is responsible for selling tickets to equal $1,000.00 for the school. Any amount less than that will be billed in April and due by May 10th. It is further recognized that I(we) may pay $1,000.00 to opt out.
